Refund and Return Policy for Off Deck Furniture
At Miny Moe Store, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following terms:
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at minymoeus@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions for completing your return.
- customers are responsible for 10% restocking fees
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order.
